Present petition has been filed under Section 482 of the Bhartiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanihta 2023 (hereinafter referred as BNSS) by the petitioners seeking anticipatory bail in case bearing FIR No. 93 dated 11.05.2026 (Annexure P-1), registered under Sections 303(2), 115(2), 117(2), 118(1), 118(2), 191(3) and 190 of the Bhartiya Nayaya Sanihta 2023 (hereinafter referred as BNS) corresponding to Sections 379, 323, 324, 325, 326, 148 and 149 of the IPC respectively at Police Station Sadar Batala, Police District Batala, District Gurdaspur. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that they have been falsely implicated in the present case. It is contended that only simple injuries have been attributed to the petitioners and that their alleged involvement does not attract the provisions of Sections 191(3) and 190 of the BNS. TARSEM
