Through the instant petition filed under Section 483 of BNSS, 2023, the petitioner has prayed for grant of regular bail in case FIR No.101 dated 17.02.2026 under Section 61(1)(a) of the Punjab Excise Act, 1914, Section 318(4) of BNS (corresponding Section 420 IPC), Sections 336(2), 340, 338, 61, 238(a) of BNS, added later on (corresponding Sections 465, 470, 467, 120-B and 201 of IPC), registered at Police Station Kherki Daula, Gurugram. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner, at the very outset, has placed reliance upon the order dated 20.05.2026 (Annexure P-3), passed by Coordinate Bench of this Court in CRM-M-22590-2026 and order dated 12.06.2026 passed in CRM-M-33284-2026, whereby, the co-accused from whom the recovery has been effected, are enlarged on regular bail.
