Mr. Akash Yadav, AAG, Punjab. **** SHALINI SINGH NAGPAL J.(ORAL) Apprehending danger to their life and liberty, both petitioners who are in live-in relationship have filed the present petition with a prayer to direct official respondents to protect their life and liberty from respondents No. 4 to 8. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that both petitioners are major, petitioner No.1 was born on 21.07.1999 and petitioner No.2 on 01.01.1992. Learned counsel further submits that petitioner No.1 had solemnized marriage with respondent No.4 and out of the wedlock two children were born. Petitioner No.2 was unmarried. On account of temperamental differences, petitioner No.1 and respondent No.4 could not live together and decided to part ways.
