This petition for anticipatory bail is the first petition, filed by the petitioner under Section 482 of ‘the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023’. It has been filed with regard to a case arising out of FIR No.102 dated 15.04.2026, for the commission of offences punishable under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 304(2), 191(3) and 190 of Bhartiya Nayaya Sanhita, 2023 at Police Station Canal Colony Bathinda, District Bathinda. Prayer has been made by the accused/applicant that he is innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. 2. The allegations against the accused/applicant are that complainant-Arjun Nanda along with his brother-Arun were going on Activa Vehicle on 15.04.2026.
