The present Criminal Writ Petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India for directing respondent Nos.2 and 3 to protect the life and liberty of the petitioners. 2. The petitioners are living in “Live in Relationship”. It has been stated that date of birth of petitioner No.1 namely Jannatul Firdousi Khatun is 03.06.2008 as is apparent from Aadhaar Card (Annexure P-1). The date of birth of petitioner No.2 namely Krishan is 08.06.2008 as is apparent from Aadhaar Card (Annexure P-2). Although, both the petitioners are major but petitioner No.2 is not of marriageable age. Both the petitioners are unmarried and are living in “Live in Relationship” out of their free will and without any pressure. It has further been stated that the petitioners have
