The present second petition has been filed under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (erstwhile Section 439 of Cr.P.C) read with Section 528 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (erstwhile Section 482 of Cr.P.C.) for grant of interim bail for 10 days to the petitioner in case bearing FIR No.57 dated 22.04.2025 under Sections 103/351(2)/191(3) of BNS, 2025 (erstwhile Sections 103/148/149 of IPC) and Sections 25/27 of Arms Act, 1959 (offence under Sections 111/112/61(2) and 262 of BNS added later on) (erstwhile Sections Nil in IPC, Nil in IPC, 120-B, 224 of IPC) registered at Police Station City Fazilka, District Fazilka, to attend afterdeath ceremonies of his mother. 2.
