Present petition has been filed under Section 482 of the BNSS, 2023 (corresponding under Section 438 Cr.P.C.) for the grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in FIR No.81 dated 31.05.2026 registered under Sections 115(2), 118(1) and 3(5) of the BNS/ 323,324 and 34 of the IPC at Police Station Tibber District Gurdaspur. 2. After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present petition for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner may kindly be disposed of as having been not pressed any further. 3.
