The present criminal miscellaneous petition has been filed for grant of interim bail to both the petitioners in case arising out of FIR No. 199, dated 17.10.2021, registered under Sections 302 IPC (103 BNS), 452 IPC (333 BNS), 364 IPC (140 BNS), 148 IPC (191(3) BNS) and 149 IPC (190 BNS) (Section 120-B IPC (Section 61(2) BNS) added in Challan) at Police Station Nihal Singh Wala, District Moga to attend the bhog ceremony of Smt. Nanki (since deceased), who was mother of petitioner No.1 Amir Chand and grand-mother of petitioner No.2-Sher Chand. 2. Learned State counsel, upon telephonic instructions, submitted that Smt.
