The present petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of direction to respondents No.2 & 3 for protection of life of liberty of petitioners from the hands of private respondents and also to ensure the security of life and liberty of the petitioners and family members of petitioner no.1 at the hands of private respondents. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioners, inter alia, contends that the petitioners are major and claimed to be residing with each other in a live-in relationship and they seek protection to their life and liberty as the apprehend danger to their lives at the hands of private respondents. Learned counsel for the petitioners further submits that the representation submitted by the petitioners before the jurisdictional police authorities is pending consideration and has not
