The petitioner has filed the instant petition under Section 483 of Bhartiya Nyaya Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (for short BNSS, 2023) [prior Section 439 of Cr.P.C.] with a prayer to grant regular bail to him in case FIR No.302 dated 11.09.2025, registered under Sections 316(2), 318(4), 61 of Bharatiya Nytaya Sanhita (BNS); Sections 336(2), 338 and 340 of BNS, 2023 added later on [corresponding Sections 406, 420, 120-B, 464, 467, 470 IPC], Police Station Thanesar, District Kurukshetra. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the petitioner has been falsely involved in the present case and was arrested by the police on 04.02.2026. Thus, the petitioner is in custody for the last more than 05 months and only 01 witnesses has been examined by the prosecution so far. Learned counsel further submits that the offence in
