Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for State-Respondents. 2. It has been rightly pointed out by learned counsel for petitioner that requirement for process of conciliation as provided under Section 22-C of Legal Services Authority Act, 1987, was not carried out by Permanent Lok Adalat in impugned order, except a general reference which is not sufficient as held by this Court in the case of Manager Life Insurance Corporation of India, Basti vs. Permanent Lok Adalat, Basti and others, 2021:AHC:151400 and relevant paragraphs of the judgment are reproduced hereinafter: “6. विश्लेषण (क) वर्तमान प्रकरण में उत्पन्न विधिक प्रश्न, जिसका उल्लेख इस निर्णय के प्रस्तर 1 में किया गया है, उस पर दोनों पक्षों की बहस के मद्देनजर, निर्णय लेने के लिये, सर्वप्रथम विधिक सेवा प्राधिकरण अधिनियम1983, के अधिनियमित करने के उद्देश्य का उल्लेख करना अति आवश्यक है, जो निम्नलिखि
