(Oral) The instant appeal has been preferred against the impugned order dated 10.07.2024 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge, Bhiwani, whereby the appeal seeking anticipatory bail in FIR No.36 dated 25.01.2026 under Sections 115 (2), 190, 191(2), 351(2), 140(3) of BNS and 3(2) (va) of SC/ST Act, 1989 registered at Police station Sadar Bhiwani, District Bhiwani has been dismissed. Learned Counsel for the appellant submits that pursuant to the interim order dated 28.04.2026 passed by this Court, petitioner has joined the investigation. The learned State Counsel, on instructions from ASI Rakesh Kumar, submits that the appellant has joined investigation in terms of KUSUM order dated 28.04.2026 and is not required for custodial interrogation. 2026.07.14 19:42 I attest to the accuracy
