The instant petition has been filed under Section 482 of the BNSS, 2023 (Old corresponding Section is 438 Cr.P.C, 1973) for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.0158 dated 02.06.2025 under Sections 20(b)(ii)B, (Later-on added Sections 29) of Narcotics Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 registered at Police Station Bawani Khera, District Bhiwani and further prayed that in the event of arrest petitioner may kindly be released on ad-interim, pre-arrest bail. 2.
