This petition has been filed under Section 482 BNSS, 2023 for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners in the case bearing FIR No.184 dated 13.06.2025 under Sections 420, 468, 471 IPC and Section 132 of the Central GST Act, 2017 registered at Police Station Division No.5, Ludhiana. 2. A Coordinate Bench of this Court, vide order dated 31.07.2025, had stayed the arrest of the petitioner. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has joined and cooperated with the investigation. 4.
