As per it, the petitioners have not earlier been declared proclaimed persons/offenders. Two persons namely Pankaj and Naveen (respondents No.2 & 3) are injured of the occurrence in question. The petitioners and respondents No.2 & 3 have settled all their inter se disputes and have compromised the matter. The said compromise is genuine, valid and without coercion or undue influence.
