The petitioner has filed the present petition under Section 482 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (for short BNSS, 2023) with a prayer to grant anticipatory bail to him in case FIR No.38, dated 05.03.2026, registered under Sections 406, 420, 465, 467, 468, 471 and 120-B of IPC (corresponding Sections 316(2), 318(4), 336(2), 336(3), 340(2) and 61(2) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 (for short BNS), at Police Station City Samana, District Patiala. 2.
