This petition has been filed under Section 483 B.N.S.S. (439 of Cr.P.C.) for grant of regular bail in case FIR No. 524 dated 22.11.2024 Under Section 103(302 of IPC), 109(307 of IPC), 115(2)(323 of IPC), 126(2)(341 of IPC) and 3(5)(34 of IPC) of BNS Act 2023 (Section 118(1) (324 AND 326 of IPC) of BNS Act and 197 of Motor Vehicle Act added later on), registered at Police station Zirakpur, District S.A.S. Nagar. 2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner along with his co-accused, attacked the deceased and committed his murder. It is further alleged that injuries, which were dangerous to life, were also inflicted upon the other injured person during the occurrence. 3.
