201 IOIN-1-CRM-M-30990-2026 in CRM-M-30990-2026 VARINDER SINGH V/S STATE OF PUNJAB AND ORS Present: Mr. Subhash Godara, Addl. A.G., Punjab. The case has been put up at the behest of the Registry seeking correction in the order dated 29.05.2026, wherein on both pages of the said order, the case number has inadvertently been mentioned as 'CRM-M- 30990-2025' instead of 'CRM-M-30990-2026'. The error appears to be typographical. Accordingly, IOIN is allowed and the case number would be read as 'CRM-M-30990-2026' instead of 'CRM-M-30990-2025' on both pages of the order dated 29.05.2026.
