Since the final order, pursuant to the impugned show cause notice, has already been passed and is under challenge in a separate writ petition instituted by the petitioner, a subsequent writ petition, assailing the show cause notice itself is not maintainable. 2. In view of the above, the present writ petition is dismissed. 3. It is clarified that the grounds taken herein to challenge the show cause notice can always be pressed in the Writ Petition filed to challenge the final order. 4. Pending application(s), if any, shall stand disposed of accordingly.
