The present petition has been filed under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (erstwhile Section 439 Cr.P.C.) seeking regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.73 dated 21.03.2025, registered under Sections 109(1) and 3(5) of BNS, 2023 (corresponding Sections 307 & 34 IPC) and Section 25 of the Arms Act at Police Station City Jhajjar, District Jhajjar. 2. The case of the prosecution is that the complainant Sandeep alleged that two unknown persons riding a motorcycle intercepted him on the pretext of asking for directions to Rewari. Thereafter, the pillion rider asked the complainant to lower the window glass and fired a gunshot, which shattered the window and caused an injury to the complainant's arm.
