The instant one is the second petition for grant of regular bail filed by the petitioner in a case arising out of FIR No. 297 dated 03.10.2025 registered under Sections 21 and 22 of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 (for short, ‘NDPS Act’) (Sections 27(A) and 29 of NDPS Act were added later on) at Police Station Civil Lines Batala, Police Distt. Batala, District Gurdaspur. The previous petition bearing CRM-M No. 67092 of 2025, filed by her, had been dismissed as withdrawn on 29.05.2026. 2. As per the allegations, on 03.10.2025, the accused Jatinder Kumar @ Kaka Bhaiya was apprehended and recovery of 13 grams of heroin was effected from his conscious possession. The recovered contraband was taken into possession. Accused Jatinder suffered disclosure statement to the PARVEEN SHARMA 2026.07.15
