The petitioners are seeking a direction from this Court to respondents No. 1 to 3 to protect their life and liberty as they apprehend danger to their life & liberty from respondents No. 4 to 10 i.e. relatives of petitioner No. 1, who are objecting to the marriage solemnized by the petitioners. 2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioner No.1 was married to Kamaljit Kaur i.e. respondent No. 4 who allegedly deserted him after a few years of marriage. According to the petitioners, petitioner No.1 is now residing with petitioner No. 2 in a live-in relationship.
