The present petition has been filed by the petitioner under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to treat the petitioner as having successfully competed his probation w.e.f. 19.12.2018 instead of 01.07.2019 and to grant him the regular pay scale along with all consequential monetary and service benefits including arrears of salary with interest @ 18% per annum from the date the amounts became due till their actual realization and to grant the petitioner the benefit of first financial upgradation under the ACP Scheme w.e.f. 19.12.2020 by reckoning the period of service rendered by him during probation in terms of the Government instructions dated 15.09.2021 (Annexure P- 10) and Rule 5.7 of the Punjab State Cooperative Supply and Marketing Federation Emplo
