Apprehending danger to their life and liberty, both petitioners who are in live-in relationship have filed the present petition with a prayer to direct respondents No.2 and 3 to protect their life and liberty from respondents No.4 and 5. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioner No.1 was 16 years 11 months while petitioner No.2 was 20 years 03 months of age. Petitioners fell in love and were in relationship. Parents of petitioner No.1 were against the relationship and had extended threats to eliminate both petitioners on which account petitioner No.1 joined the company of petitioner No.2. Representations dated 08.07.2026 (Annexures P-3 and P-4) were moved to Senior Superintendent of Police, Kaithal, Haryana and the Station House Officer (Nodal Officer), Siwan, District Kaithal, Harya
