(Oral) The petition under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 seeks following reliefs: 1. direction to official respondents to consider and decide representation dated 08.06.2026 (Annexure P-2). 2. direction to official respondents to take action against private respondents by registering FIR under the relevant provisions of law. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on 31.05.2026, petitioner, who was 80 years old lady was mercilessly beaten up by her son and daughter-in-law i.e. respondents No. 4 and 5, with intention to kill her. She was admitted in Government Hospital and her medico-legal report was prepared. She remained admitted in the Hospital till 08.06.2026. Petitioner suffered grievous injuries and was running from pillar to post for action against her son and daughter-in-law.
