This writ petition has been filed, inter-alia, for issuance of a writ of certiorari for quashing the termination of work allotted to petitioner. Petitioner has also sought quashing of fresh tender notice dated 04.07.2026, Annexure P-14 and for restoration of the work of “Estimate for scheme of stone Stening at Ghaggar river at length of 960 ft in u/s of village of Rattakhera Lukman”. 2. When the matter came up for hearing on 10.07.2026, counsel for the petitioner had raised a specific argument that a fresh tender has been issued for the work without terminating the work allotted to petitioner, 3. During the course of hearing, State counsel has produced a xerox copy of termination letter bearing No.5147-49/5-AK dated 26.06.2026 to submit that work allotted to petitione
