Learned counsel, at the outset, refers to the judgment dated 06.03.2019 passed in CWP-14600-2015, Annexure P-16, appended with the replication in a case filed by a similarly circumstanced employee in the same bank as that of the petitioner, as also on the very post of Sweeper, praying for regularization, which had been allowed and during the contempt proceedings i.e. COCP-3706-2023, the said order was complied with.
