This is a Civil Writ Petition under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the official respondents to remove the illegal encroachment from panchayat land. Other reliefs have also been sought. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner, after arguing for some time and seeing that this Court is not inclined to interfere in the matter, wishes to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to seek alternate remedy, in accordance with law. 3.
