The present petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking direction to the respondents to conduct an investigation/inquiry into the source of the anonymous complaint dated 04.05.2026 (Annexure P-3) received in the office of the Chief Engineer (North), Punjab, vide Diary No.508 dated 07.05.2026. 2. After arguing for some time, when this Court was going to dismiss the present petition with heavy costs, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition. 3. In view of the above, the present civil writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. 4. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed of.
