District Judge, Fatehgarh Sahib whereby respondent has been permitted to tender fresh affidavit only with the correction in kharsra numbers from previous affidavit. 2. A dispute with respect to apportionment of compensation is pending before Ld. ADJ Fatehgarh Sahib. The respondent herein moved an application before Ld. ADJ seeking amendment of written statement.
