Learned counsel for the respondents has raised preliminary objection and has submitted that in the present case, the earlier objection was filed by Usha Gutpa, Shashi Gupta and Geeta Gupta c/o Ms Esma Wollen Mills G.T. Road, Panipat, who were the original owners of the land in question and order on the said objection was also passed releasing 6 bigha 1 biswa land out of the total land measuring 9 bigha 9 biswa comprising khasra no.61/2(2-15), 62(1-1), 63 min (2-18), 64/1 (1-12), 64/2 (2-15), 65/1 min (2-9), 66/1 min (1-0), 66/2 (1-4), 67/2 min (2-10), 67/2 (0- 10) situated at village Taraf Insar, Panipat. It is submitted that after the award was passed, on 21.02.1992 the rapat rozjamcha no.277 dated 21.02.1992 was also executed showing that the possession of the land has DAVINDER KUMAR 2026.07.14 16:49
