Learned counsel submits that the petitioners are similarly circumstanced to the petitioners in CWP-7339 of 2001 titled as ‘Naresh Kumar and another Versus State of Haryana and Others’, which was mentioned in the index of the instant petition specifically stating therein to be involving the same question of law and pending for 29.05.2002, which now stands decided vide judgment/order dated 06.08.2025, against which no LPA has been filed.
