The instant petition has been filed under Section 528 of BNSS, 2023 for quashing of FIR No.0197 dated 25.06.2025 registered under Section 27 of Arms Act, 1959 and Section 351(2) of BNS at Police Station Sector- 40, Gurugram (Annexure P-1) along with all subsequent proceedings arising therefrom, on the basis of compromise dated 09.12.2025 (Annexure P-2) arrived at between the parties. 2.
