Learned counsel submits that the petitioner has no claim qua respondent No.5, who has shifted to the Municipal Council, Kaithal while respondent No.4 stands retired. Be that as it may, he is seeking promotion w.e.f. 08.03.2019, the date that of respondent No.4-Madan Lal Sharma, for which a representation dated 10.10.2022, Annexure P-10, has been submitted, however, no decision has been rendered thereon.
