This petition for pre-arrest bail is the first petition filed by the petitioners under Section 482 of ‘the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023’. It has been filed with regard to a case arising out of FIR No.141 dated 22.04.2025, for the commission of offence punishable under Sections 61(2), 238(B), 316(4), 318(4), 336(3), 338 and 340(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, 1985, Police Station Dabua, District Faridabad. 2. The learned counsel for the petitioners has contended that this matter was referred to the Mediation Centre, and that before the Mediator, the parties have reached to compromise.
