This petition has been under section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (Section 439 of Cr.P.C.) for grant of Regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR no 414, dated 24.10.2024, Police station Gohana sadar, District Sonipat U/S 103 (1),115,126,190,191(3) and 61 of BNS 2023 (Corresponding Section 302,323,341,149,148,120B of IPC). 2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner, along with the other co-accused, committed the murder of the deceased, Naseeb. It is alleged that the petitioner was armed with a wooden bitta at the time of the occurrence and participated in the commission of the offence. During the course of investigation, the said wooden bitta, allegedly used in the crime, was recovered at the instance of the petitioner.
