This petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of a writ in the nature of Habeas Corpus directing official respondents to get the detenues, mentioned in para No.2 of the petition, released from the illegal detention of respondents No.4 and 5, who are the owner and Munshi/Jamandar respectively of the Brick Kiln. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the detenues have been working at the brick kiln of respondent No.4 but they have been illegally detained by respondents No.4 and 5 without any wages and are not allowed to leave the same. 3. Notice of motion to respondents No.1 to 3 only at this stage. 4. At the asking of the Court, Mr.K.D.Sachdeva, DAG, Punjab, accepts notice on behalf of respondents No.1 to 3. 5.
