Learned State counsel has filed short reply by way of affidavit of Vinod Kumar, PPS, Deputy Superintendent of Police, Sub Division Khanna, Police District Khanna, District Ludhiana in Court today, which is taken on record. He has also filed custody certificate in Court today, which is also taken on record. 2. After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that she may be permitted to withdraw the present petition at this stage. 3. Permitted to do so. 4, The petition is dismissed as withdrawn at this stage. 5. However, the petitioner shall be at liberty to move a fresh application for bail in case the trial does not make substantial progress. 6. Pending application, if any, shall also stand disposed of.
