This petition, under Section 528 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, hereinafter being referred to as ‘BNSS’, has been filed for quashing of order dated 18.12.2025 (Annexure P-3), passed by the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Jagraon, and the consequential order dated 09.04.2026 (Annexure P-7) passed by the Court of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Jagraon, hereinafter being referred to as ‘trial Court’ only. By virtue of order dated 18.12.2025, the bail of petitioner was cancelled and the bail bonds were forfeited to the state. Thus, to procure the presence of the petitioner in the Court her warrant of arrest has been issued.
