(Oral): The detenu has appeared and stated that she is staying with her parents with her free will, and that she is being pressurized by the petitioner to join his company. 2. It has also been stated by the detenu that the petitioner is threatening to commit suicide, and under such threat the message Annexure P2 was procured by the petitioner. The detenu is seeking protection from the abovementioned illegal activities of the petitioner. 3. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this petition.
