Learned counsel for the parties agrees that the in view of the efforts made outside the merits of the appeal, the parties have amicably resolved their dispute. Learned counsel for the parties further submits that the appellant has agreed to pay a lump sum amount of Rs. 20,00,000/- to the respondent as full and final settlement of all claims arising out in respect of the present appeal and no further claim will be raised by the respondent against the present appellant.
