The petitioner has filed the instant petition under Section 483 of Bhartiya Nyaya Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (for short BNSS, 2023) [prior Section 439 of Cr.P.C.] with a prayer to grant regular bail to him in case FIR No.188 dated 06.05.2025, registered under Sections 115, 118(1), 126, 190 191(2) and 351(2) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 (for short BNS) and Sections 109(1) and Section 25 of the Arms Act added later on (corresponding Sections 307, 323, 339, 506, 34 IPC), at Police Station City Bhiwani, District Bhiwani. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the petitioner is a young man aged about 26 years and has no criminal antecedents. Even, the petitioner was not named in the FIR and has been falsely involved in the present case as he happens to be the brother of Kunal @ Tufan. As per the prosecution
