The petitioner has filed the instant petition under Section 483 of Bhartiya Nyaya Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (for short BNSS, 2023) [prior Section 439 of Cr.P.C.] with a prayer to grant regular bail to him in case FIR No.36 dated 25.02.2024, registered under Sections 22B(ii)C, 61, 85 of NDPS Act, at Police Station Kosli, District Rewari. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the petitioner and his co-accused Surender @ Vicky Rana were apprehended by the police party while they were carrying 1 kg. 700 grams of heroin in their conscious possession. Now Surender @ Vicky Rana has been granted the concession of bail by this Court on 08.05.2026.
