Present writ petition has been filed under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India for the issuance of an appropriate writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari for quashing the eviction order dated 05.06.2026 (Annexure P-3). 2. A perusal of the order dated 05.06.2026 (Annexure P-3) would show that the allotment of flat in favour of the petitioner was cancelled vide letter No.EM/HBH/2025/2401 dated 28.07.2025 and an earlier eviction notice vide No.EM/HBH/2025/5873 dated 19.12.2025 was also issued, however, the said documents have not been annexed along with the present writ petition.
