On the previous date of hearing, i.e. 06.07.2026, this Court passed the following order:- “Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he would like to restrict his prayer only to the extent of issuance of a mandamus upon respondents to finalise the service rules and regulations governing the service conditions of the teaching cadre employed in NIIFT.
