Apprehending threat to their life and liberty, the petitioners have filed the present petition with a prayer to direct the official respondents to protect their life and liberty from respondents No.4 to 7. 2. The facts, as can be inferred from the petition, are as follows: The petitioners, who are major, solemnized marriage in accordance with Sikh rites and ceremonies on 10.07.2026. As per the Matriculation Certificate (Annexure P-1), the date of birth of petitioner No.1 is 23.05.2004 and as per Aadhaar Card of petitioner No.2, his date of birth is 14.05.2003.
