Mr. Ajay Ghanghas, Advocate for respondent No.2. *** H.S. Grewal, J.(Oral) 1. After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners may be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to raise all the pleas taken herein before the Investigating Officer and to place on record all the documents and material in their support. It is prayed that the Investigating Officer be directed to consider the same and proceed with the investigation in accordance with law. 2. The petition is dismissed as withdrawn. 3. However, liberty is granted to the petitioners to produce all the documents and material in their favour before the Investigating Officer. If any such material is produced, the Investigating Officer shall consider the same during the course of investigation and proceed in accordance with law. (H.S.GREWAL) 1
