This petition has been filed under Section 482 BNSS, 2023 for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners in the case bearing FIR No.211 dated 17.12.2025 under Section 190, 191(2), 305, 324(4), 333 and 351(3) of BNS registered at Police Station Sohna, District Gurugram. 2. A Coordinate Bench of this Court, vide order dated 03.02.2026, had directed the petitioners to appear before the SHO/Investigating Officer and join investigation and in the event of their arrest, they were ordered to be released on interim bail to the satisfaction of the SHO/Investigating Officer, subject to the conditions envisaged under Section 482(2) of the BNSS (erstwhile Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.). 3.
