It has been filed with regard to a case arising out of FIR No. 76 dated 30.04.2026, for the commission of offence punishable under Section(s) 305, 329(3) & 3(5) of ‘the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023’, Police Station Punjab Agriculture University (PAU), District Police Commissionerate, Ludhiana, Punjab. 2.
