(Oral) The prayer in the present petition under Section 483 of BNSS, 2023 is for the grant of regular bail to the petitioner in a case FIR No.0052 dated 16.02.2026 under Sections 21C, 25 and 29 of the NDPS Act, 1985 registered at Police Station Gharinda, District Amritsar Rural. 2. The brief facts of the case are that Madan Singh @ Mohit, Karanjit Singh @ Mota and Sonu Singh were apprehended with 300 grams, 300 grams and 400 grams of heroin respectively. Karanjit Singh @ Mota disclosed the name of the present petitioner. 3. The learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case.
